SANATEC SANITARY CUTTING BOARDS
Sanatec is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) specially formulated for the manufacture of quality cutting boards. Sanatec's special surface finish insures long product life and will not dull knives.
Sanatec outlasts (up to three times longer) functionally competitive materials and is considered the strongest and lightest of all cutting board materials
* Size: 10" x 72" x 1/2" Thick
* Surface: Textured - Semi-gloss sheen
* Stock: Cut to size, square corners (typically same day that we receive your order)
Size Tolerances: +/- 1/8" on cut dimensions. +/- 5% for thickness.

* Stable Sanatec is acid resistant and stable in the food processing environment.
* Quality Sanatec is extruded and it will not chip, peel, crack or warp.

* Nonporous Sanatec is a homogeneous extruded product that does not have pores.
* Safe Sanatec is dishwasher safe.
* FDA Sanatec is compliant with FDA regulations for food grade contact.
* NSF Sanatec is approved by National Sanitation Foundation for all available colors offered.
Important Note: While this product is dishwasher safe, it should not be used as a hot plate.
