The unit will have a RELIANCE ELECTRIC label. They are identical parts, with identical part numbers.
This is a working takeout and is in excellent condition.
It comes complete with cables, and connectors, as shown.
(It is mounted on a plate, just as it was removed, but the plate can be discarded if you like.)
