This heavy duty hand-tool is made by FROST and is designed to twist wire ties quickly & easily to lock chain link fencing onto fence poles and horizontal runners with no strain or repetitive twisting of the wrist. Useful for any baling wire operation where repetitive twisting may occur.
Grab the wire with the hardened cast hook and a straight pull with the handle is all you do to twist and tension the wire ties. The tool is spring loaded and automatically retracts the spiral shaft after each pull.
It can also be used with bag ties and wire loops to quickly tie up bales, cloth bags, and to wire together rebar .
The tool is 13.5 inches long as pictured (retracted) and the ratcheting rotating spiral shaft extends another 5 inches for an over all length of 18.5 inches.
