Offered here are lots fifteen female DIN5 jacks intended for thru-hole printed circuit
board mounting by direct soldering. Contact spacing is 180 degrees which means
these are fully MIDI compatible. May also be soldered or superglued to a panel
Five blade style connections for live pins. A sixth shield pin is slightly larger and
may be direct wired via eyelet, clipped, or pc board mounted.
Normal distributor price on these are $4 to $6 each. Believed similar to Switchcraft.
Die cast with plating. Silver and black.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two popular styles of DIN5 connectors. Offered here is
the "180 degree" pin spread that is fully MIDI compatible. Some other DIN5 connectors
(which we offer elsewhere) have a noncompatible 270 degree pin spacing..
Guaranteed usable. Received by us in apparently "as new"condition as loosely bagged
or poly rebagged distributor stock. May include very minor storage cosmetics.
