WARING COMMERCIAL DICING FOOD PROCESSOR
This is a lightly used FP1000 that operated flawlessly in our restaurant for about 9 months. We used it to dice tomatoes, whip sour cream and make salsa (Pretty light work)
We also owned a Robot Coupe R2 Dice and it worked in my opinion just as well if not better when dicing tomatoes !
As you can see from the pictures we maintained this meticulously.
We've thoroughly cleaned the unit and have had the dicing blade professionally sharpened. (The other blades have never been used... with the exception of the S blade that made the salsa and whipped the sour cream)
