I HAVE A NUMBER OF REPLACEMENT INTERCHANGEABLE EXTENSION RODS FOR MITUTOYO DEPTH MICROMETERS. AT THE TIME OF THIS LISTING I HAD:

11-1/8,11-1/8,9-1/8,8-1/8,7-1/8,7-1/8,6-1/8,5-1/8 (note that the lengths here are the approx. overall length of the rod assembly NOT the actual length measured by the depth micrometer when attached to the rod. As I do not have the micrometer to go with the rods I do not know how much to add to the rod length to determine the measuring depth,so I'll leave that to you.)
