Weld in 90 degree web gusset welder welding supplies
This Gusset is laser cut from 1/4" thick grade 50 pickled and oiled steel. The pickleing and oiling removes all of the mill scale to improve the laser cutting process. This greatly enhances the weldability of the steel. The finish will not have a rusty, scaley, appearance like most hot rolled material. These are for use at 90 degree intersections, they measure 4" x 4" by 1/4" thick. With modifications such as grinding or machining you could use them at different angle configurations. Gussets work great for rollcage reinforcements and suspension components, or just for adding some detail to that normal old project around the house or shop. Gussets are $5.00 per piece.
