Faulty, Lost or Exchange Products:
If your product arrives defective you have up to 48 hours from date of receipt to request an exchange. The product must be returned to us in the original and un-used condition and in it's original box and packaging.
We are happy to resend any lost product usually after 14 working days but we ask that you contact your local sorting office first to check that it is not left there. 95% of missing or lost parcels are left in sorting offices.
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the Government in your respective country, this includes and is not limited to custom duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by courier and postal services.
