Included are 2 each of a sturdy metal-encased Type H filter #459322 - filters have cosmetic blemish from manufacturing but it does not affect the integrity of the filters whatsoever.
Instruction book states HEPA cartridge is for protection against dusts, fumes, mists, asbestos-containing dusts and mists and radionuclides. This mask and filters is highly effective against the flu viruses much more so that those flimsy paper masks/surgical masks. Also great for protection when mowing the lawn, woodworking, removing lead paint from a house, welding work, hanging sheetrock, pressure staining deck, and many more applications. Provides protection against airborne lead particles at shooting range or maneuvers.
