This unit is in excellent working order and has been tested. Our testing consist of pluggin in the unit (120V) and allowing it to run and reach appropiate temperature and then allowing it to continue to run for about 30 minutes, to assure the unit is not short cycling or anything of that nature, if there are deeper issues with it, we are not aware of them, this unit peformed exactly as expected and actually came out of a working business that closed (Ice Cream Parlor).
