HP 4192a LF Impedance Analyzer LCR with 16047a
The 4192a can measure 11 impedance parameters
5 Hz to 13 MHz variable measuring frequency.
5 mV to 1.1 V Test Oscillator level.
Internal DC bias -35 V to + 35 V.
Spot measurement, swept frequency or swept bias measurements.
Shown testing a 100 pf HP capacitance standard at 100 kHz (capacitor not included)
Also shown testing a 100 ohm standard resistor at 1 kHz (resistor not included)
Also shown measuring an HP 16344a phase standard at 180 degrees phase difference at 1 MHz (16344a not included)
I have checked the Osc. Output, and the frequencies and output levels are good.
I have checked the DC Bias at several voltages, and they are correct.
I have sent the instrument several commands and took some readings over the HPIB and it responded correctly.
No other tests were performed on this instrument.
This unit is fair cosmetically, with many scratches on the front, and marks and dings on the case.
Comes with 16047a test fixture, CD with copy of Operation and Service manual (pdf), and power cord.
