For sale we have a cable assembly that interfaces a HP 82000 to a prober. There are 256 channels. It should fit most probers with a 9" ring opening. I am also throwing in 20 probe cards that can be rebuilt to your specifications. These PCBs normally cost $200-$300 each so repurposing them can save you a ton of cash.
