They are side adjusting Cermet / Industrial / Sealed 1/2 watt rated potentiometers. They are 9.52mm (3/8 inch) square. These would normally sell from a distributor like NEWARK for over
$13.00 for each, but you can purchase them here for a fraction of that cost.
