These are the same high quality tines we use on ALL of our products. Unless otherwise specified, all of our tines use a #3 (Squared Off) style nose and a 1/2 length bottom taper. All tines listed are new, never installed. Capacities are calculated on a 24" load center.
Welding on tines can be tricky! Tine manufacturers have very specific guidelines stating how to properly prepare and weld to a blank tine. Not following these guidelines can result in failures at the welds and even weakening of the entire tine! Not to mention voiding your warranty! Why not let us handle the job for you. We've been building construction equipment for over 50 years! We have the tools and skills to ensure your tines will be in service for years to come. Your new tines can arrive at your location ready to install, with no additional labor on your end, saving you money!
If your application is highly abrasive, add tine tip wear plates. They are made from 450 BHN quenched and tempered, high-strength alloy plate. Prices vary based on size.
For a small fee we can even paint the tines to match your machine. Paint cost varies by color.
