Hp model 5303A 500MHZ counter w/ 5300A measuring system
We did some minor testing to this unit, and it seems to respond well. Unit powers on without any problems, and once powered on, the display lit up (at this point, we could tell that the display has no dead spots). The knobs and switches all move freely, but without knowing more about this item, I don't know what, if anything, they're supposed to do.
