Condition - Used and in excellent condition, the NetVCR Powers up and appears to function properly. I am more than willing to hook this unit up to my network and perform any diagnostic tests you wish. Or we can get on skype and do a live demo. This is a very high end unit, depending on the specs, some units run $200,000+. I will work with you to make sure this unit will meet your needs prior to finalizing the sale. The warranty just expired in Dec 09, the machine worked flawlessly then as it does now. I called Niksun to verify this machine does not require additional software licensing.
