The Leitch CSD-5300 is intended for stand-alone operation or any network-oriented application in which synchronized time and date information is important. Typical areas include broadcast organizations, governmental/private institutions and computer systems.
Features an external 24V battery input for total power back-up
The CSD-5300 Clock System Driver is designed to be a central source of time for broadcast or computer facilities. It operates as a high stability stand alone clock. If required, it will automatically update its time from a central standard. The CSD-5300 unit provides the following output options (but check against the photos to make sure that any option that you must have is installed):
1. SMPTE/EBU Serial Time Code, 600 bal.
2. SMPTE/EBU Serial Time Code, Low Z bal.
6. 2-phase, 12/24 VDC Impulse Drive
