4" Sine plate. It comes with 2 side and 1 end stop plates. The tool measures 4" long x 2 1/2" wide x 1 5/16" tall when closed. It open to 4 1/2" tall. The tool is clean and shiny. The bottom is smooth. There are 12 tapped holes in the top and smaller tapped holes on the sides and ends. It is not marked as to a maker. The inside is still covered with thick cosmolene leading us to believe this tool saw very little use!! The former owners name is scribed very small in several places on the tool. It is very small and you can barely feel it in the finish when you drag your fingernail over it.
