New sony mc-90 microcassetteâ„¢.
The 90 minute MICROCASSETTE tape was developed and introduced to the world by the ever innovative Sony Corporation back in 1978 and represented significant advances in metal magnetic particle tape technology and construction at that time. Despite the arrival of various digital recording devices in the last decade these tapes remain an ever popular form of media storage, being ideal for recording and archiving business meetings, conferences, lectures, journalistic interviews and language lessons etc on a cassette the size of a standard compact cassette. Manufactured to an exceptionally high standard by Sony, the MC-90 MICROCASSETTE tape features an anti-static guide roller in order to reduce noise and flutter along with an improved robust tape formulation resulting in reduced stretching, subsequently increasing durability and playback quality. This tape has the capability to record for 90 minutes (45 minutes each side) with the machine set at 2.4cm/sec or 180 minutes (90 minutes each side) if the machine has the ability to record at 1.2 cm/sec.

prior to dispatch fall into the Large Letter category for postage within the United Kingdom.
