This is a 5 Thread Sew Overlock Industrial Sewing Machine with the trimming pipe included.
The M800 series were developed using Pegasus' state-of-the-art technology, while maintaining cost effectiveness and quality. The M800 series features excellent oil-blocking mechanisms on many parts, such as the totally enclosed needle bar chamber, the forced- drain function and the new shaped gasket that has been employed between the oil reservoir and the machine bed, also between the top cover and the machine bed. The M800 achieves a maximum machine speed of 7,000 rpm. An aluminum rod has been employed for the main shaft mechanism to reduce weight, achieving high speeds and decreasing vibration, noise and heat generation. This needle plate is surface- treated as a rust-resistant measure to prevent the needle plate from being damaged by fabrics processed with chemical agents or dyes.
The M800 series can respond to the use of different kinds of fabrics and products by changing the position of the shaft of the presser arm.
