Most all look to have .012" cutting clearence (most are marked, a few may or may not be .018"), die rings are 3.50" dia. X 3/4" thick, punches have a 2-3/4" dia base X 2" +/- tall (may vary some), punches also have a 5/16" tapped hole, both punches and dies have locating pins/flats or keyways, these look sharp and very usable, good used condition.....
