This is Keller 20' aluminum extention ladder. 225lb rated.
A nice little ladder to keep around a single story home, barn or garage. I have also sold more than I can count to contractors and have yet to have a complaint.
It may have some dust and It may have some loading scratches since they were moved 3-4 times, but this should be nothing more than you would do by loading it onto your roof rack on the first few jobs.
