(1) Brix kit to fit 'Lancer' Model 100 dispenser valves. If you have purchased a fountain with 'Lancer' Model 100 valves (see picture of this style below), this is the correct syrup separator needed for your machine. Brix cup measures the ratio of syrup to water in a drink. Separate chambers for 5:1 ratio (regular product) & 5.5 ratio (most diet products) .
Fine tune your post mix soda system. Kit allows you to properly set the dispense amounts of syrup and soda water. Instructions ARE included. Same equipment the professionals use.
NOTE: IF you are unsure what the actual type of dispenser head you have , there is normally identification on the bottom side of the dispenser head around the nozzle.
