Typically my list grows by 60-100+ people a day because of my Youtube videos and high rankings in the search engines.
I am ranked in the #2-3 spot for "Free FarmVille Cheats" on Yahoo which has almost 7 million competing websites (see attached picture).
This is the largest and most profitable online gaming market on the internet. Farmville has a ton of affiliate products you can sell from clickbank (one that's had a gravity of over 300 for months ("FarmVilleSecrets"), as well as other farmville bots to monetize your site. You can also use many of the other monetization techniques to increase your revenue like CPAlead which is a great way I have increased my earnings (picture attached).
Each month I will make a little more than $1,000 on average from clickbank Farmville affiliate products (see picture of weekly earnings and of the Farmville products I sell). The great thing is there are many Farmville products to sell and many have very high clickbank gravities (one has been over 300 for months now).
I have also used CPAlead to further increase my income. I'll typically make a little more than $100/week using this system. I'll just send a link to free farmville tips to my list and once they go to that webpage at my site CPAlead will display a quick survey for them to fill out if they want the free information. Once the subscriber fills out the quick survey I make money and they get the tips they want (if you don't know anything about Farmville don't worry...there are a ton of learning resources out there where you can get free tips and articles to give to your list-I can help show you where as well).

My viral videos on YouTube (see attached picture) and my high rankings in the search engines drive in about 6,060 unique visitors a month and I typically get about 13,000 page views/month.
My traffic is pretty steady because of the videos and my consistent high rankings in the search engines.
Also, all my traffic is driven from organic searches or the videos (I don't use PPC).
