By connecting this to single phase 220VAC, output power is half at 12.5HP so you could drive a three phase motor on single phase input for a lathe or milling machine if you do not have 3 phase in your shop. My neighbor got one of these off me and is running a lathe and mill in his garage off single phase 220 volt.
