Found this safely tucked away in a remote area. Slight surface rust just from ageing.
Inside Diameter: 1-11/16", Outside Diameter: 2-1/4".
The quill moves up and down in the head casting. The spindle turns inside the quill.
The quill can be locked at any desired point in its travel.
