Used in weather stations, cold storage rooms, construction, industry, or anywhere, indoor and out, requiring a record of min/max temperatures. Small floats are pushed to each temperature extreme by the two mercury columns and stay there until reset with the attached magnet. Dual scales of -50/50 C and -60/120 F.
