Please pay for items within 3 days, all unpaid items will be re-listed within 7 days, this way we are able to keep are prices to a minimum. Please note we cannot be held responsible for any items lost/damaged during transit by couriers including Royal Mail, however we would be happy to assist you in the event of any claim. We always get proof of delivery . Recorded delivery is strongly recommended. Please also note that we do not accept personal cheques.
All other items (apart from makeup) do carry a full 7 day return. All returned items must be sent back in the condition they were received and in their original condition and packing.
**Important** If you have a problem with a delivered item you must email us within 7 days of the receipt with your concerns to arrange the item's return. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed. Wherever possible the returned item will be replaced and if that is not possible a full refund will be raised once the item is received and the condition verified.
