I am selling a display case that was recently used in the gift shop at The Barnum Museum in Bridgeport, CT.
The case is 5 ft long 39 1/4 inches high 22 inches at the bottom tapering to 151/2 inches wide at the top. The display has a working light and a piece of glass set in the top. The glass has a few scratches but no chips or cracks.
The case was originally from a men's department in a store and used to sell shirts.
The case was used when purchased a couple of years ago and has been removed because they are starting the processes of remodeling the gift shop (I will eventually be selling a glass display case and some shelving units so let me know if you're interested). This is a good solid piece and should last a long time. There are some scratches, a couple of spots where the veneer has loosened and one area on the front where a piece of veneer has broken off all of which are easily fixed.
This will have to be picked up from the Museum located at 820 Main Street in Bridgeport (right off exit 27 of I95). The case is in a storage area but if you are in the area and would like to see it I may be able to arrange for a viewing.
