Excavation companies now have a versatile new option to make their excavator perform the tasks of three different machines. With the new Dozing 5 in 1 Twist Box Blade, time, labor and resources can be saved. This Twist Box Blade functions in five ways. It will act like a Dozer and do flat grading in forward and reverse directions. The Box Blade will tilt left and right vertically while twisting horizontally to give the operator any angle of attack necessary. Additionally users can scoop material and dump it to the desired location.
This Twist Box Blade was designed to take full advantage of an Excavators giant reach. Extreme slopes or hill sides are no longer a problem to grade. The reach allows for sub- surface dozing and access to previously difficult areas to grade or load. Extend out over muddy patches without sinking or tearing up the job site. Additionally, it is now possible to achieve underwater grade and scooping functions.
The precise maneuverability allows the operator to back fill dirt at any angle. The hydraulic twisting helps the user to efficiently feather dirt or gravel out across the site. At the same time the sides of Twist Box Blade make controlling the material simple.
The Package comes with hydraulic hoses and fittings to custom fit any machine. A manual screw unit can be used in place of the hydraulic version if desired. Excavators in the 160 to 250 Class come standard with a 10 Box Blade as seen. Mini Excavator units come standard with a 4 to 5 box blade while Backhoe units come in 4 to 6 lengths.
