Here is a Philips model PM3585 Logic Analyzer that comes with a System Disk and Front Panel Cover with Accessory Pouch! The instrument boots fine with the system disk in the drive, and comes to the screen shown in the photo. There is also a disk labeled "Utilities" in the pouch, but we did not try to do anything with that one.
To answer your first question: Unfortunately, we do not have any probes or other accessories with this piece. It seems to respond to controls properly, though the dial is being very erratic. As you turn the dial, the cursor seems to jump around randomly. It is easy to move with the arrow keys instead.
