Stainless steel coffee maker with 2 warming plates. Comes with 1 12-cup coffee pot and brew basket. Uses "commercial" size filters for brew basket. Has internal reseviour that you need to fill with a couple pots of water the first time you set it up. After that, simply put a filter in the basket, add coffee ground to the basket, and pour a pot of water in the opening on top of the coffee maker. Be sure to have a pot underneath! Brews very fast and you will have a full hot pot of coffee in minutes. Seperate switches for each warmer plate. Keep it plugged in at all time and it will be ready to brew as long as the light is showing ready. Just add water and it does all the rest.
Nothing wrong with the unit and worked last time I used it. Office has downsized and we don't need such a big coffee maker. Stainless steel and easy to clean. Never had a problem with it and sorry to see it go.
