Kloehn Syringe Pump / Motorized Drive Module
The 50300 Module is a full featured, ready-to-use syringe pump with extra built-in capabilities. Simply add a 24 VDC power source and a control command logic (via RS485 or RS232) and this module is ready to perform. Designed to be the ultimate in versatility, the 50300 Module has the following standard features and capabilities:
Highest Resolution and Precision - select either 24,000 steps (for normal applications) or 48,000 steps (for smallest volumes) of resolution for each full syringe stroke.
Highest syringe drive force - no need to worry about errant motor stalls due to high pressure or fluid path blockages.
High Reliability - the unique ball screw design supports higher forces and minimizes maintenance found with more common lead screw designed pumps.
Exclusive Syringe Homing Routine - uses a safe and logical syringe homing routine to prevent excessive syringe damage upon start-up and syringe change over.
Enhanced Software and Firmware features - unlike it's competitors, the 50300 hosts a number of advance capabilities such as non-volatile program storage, extra user outputs, programmable user inputs, and a built in digital volt meter to allow measurement of external parameters.
A full compliment of valve and syringe accessories - syringes from 25ul through 50ml, 3 through 8-way Distribution and Non-Distribution valves with various orifice sizes.
Capable of "daisy chaining" up to 15 units for multiple tasking applications.
