Used Extruder, Twin Screw, Leistritz, 1981, Counter-rotational, 110mm, 20/1=L/D, 150-hp, Vented with screen changer and die head setup with strand die also has spare screw elements. Extruder gear box needs repair; the gear box Leistritz number 88515, motor input 1750 RPM's and output ratio of 20:1 or Screw speed range of 5 to 100 RPM's... "note the gearbox is apart". Extruder Mfg. Paul Leistritz GmbH Nurnberg, Leister Machine type ZSE 110/2M, Number 310.0861.01, power 480v/3-phase/60hz.
Leistritz was used for compounding regrind into pellets in resin types ABS, HIPS, PP and PE all non-filled at processed between 600 to 700pph.
Last time machine run November 2006
Leistritz was removed and new 6" single 40/1 was installed.
Leistritz is currently stored in box trailer.
